On April 26, 2022, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province signed Decision No. 13/2022/QD-UBND on decentralization of appraisal and approval of tasks and construction subdivision planning projects, regulations Detailed plan on construction of functional zones in industrial parks in Binh Duong province. Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee has assigned the Management Board of Industrial Parks to perform the following tasks:
(1) Appraisal and approval of tasks and planning/project adjustment of construction subdivision planning of industrial parks.
(2) Appraisal and approval of tasks and planning project / adjustment project of detailed planning for construction of functional zones in industrial parks.
